As a flagship product of the deep cooperation between Leqing Liuchuan Iron Core Factory and Siemens, the 3TF series iron core and silicon steel sheet is specially developed for the magnetic circuit system of the 3TF series AC contactor. Using Japanese JIS 50A1300 high-grade cold-rolled silicon steel base material, through ±0.02mm precision stamping and argon gas protection annealing process, it achieves excellent performance with core permeability ≥1800Gs/Oe and iron loss ≤2.3W/kg@1.5T/50Hz, improving energy efficiency by more than 15% compared with conventional iron cores.

Electromagnetic Stability
Strictly following the Siemens DIN EN 60947-4 magnetic circuit design specifications, passing 20 million mechanical life tests, maintaining suction force fluctuation ≤5% within the temperature range of -40℃~155℃, and eliminating the risk of contactor jamming.
Structural Innovation
The laminations adopt a stepped staggered splicing design, effectively suppressing eddy current loss; the edges are treated with nano-ceramic insulation coating, with a breakdown voltage ≥3kV, meeting the anti-harmonic requirements under variable frequency conditions.
Adaptability Expansion
Fully covers 3TF40-3TF96 contactor models, compatible with Schneider LC1D, ABB A series and other equivalent products for replacement, and supports non-standard size 72-hour fast turnaround customization.
